SwiftPlayground

Swift playground is a coding app we use in Grade 5 at Elkanah.


I have learnt that doing for loops was a easy  for me because  I understood the question.

I learnt that i can you can change the character to the one you want.
There are some easy challenges and some difficult challenges.

So far i love swift playground  .

Grade 4 Camp

In February the Guinea Fowl class and the Quail went to Simonsberg for camp. First we went to Giraffe House. I love the reptile show because i got to hold a snake. I got to feed the goats and lamas and anther animals to  When we got to the camp site we had free time the whole day we had time to play in the forest and I had time to build a den with  my friends.We played in the pool when you got in it was a bit cold but as I swam it got warmer but i didt stay in for long. The food was AMAZING my favorite dish was mac and cheese we had it for lunch. The first night i woke up at 4pm because i woke up early because im not  at home so Zoe and Zahara were up too we didt know what the time was so we went down stares to see when it was time to go outside it was so cold outside but we put warm cloths on and went to go play in the forest. I loved the mud pit and the optical cores and the blide fold game.When we left i was so sad because i loved camp.

The Singing Inspector

My name is Jesse and it’s 11:20pm Friday and  I thought I would write in my diary. Today was such a spectacular day for me today the terrifying Mr.Raymond (our singing inspector) came and I think he was very impressed with my singing.I sang on the modelater and it was an nice song. Poor Iris and Gladys the dum and the blind. Mr.R likes me I think he does because I do singing lessons. Everyone is scared of Mr.R sometimes he gives me a cold chill down  my spine. After the singing inspection was over I met Iris in the bathroom she was crying and she said that Mr.R was super MEAN! They asked me what did Mr.R say to u after the lesson? Well he said that I was amazing and I was way better than Benny and Charles. I was super happy BUT I didn’t tell them that. I told them my mom is calling me to go home. Any ways time to sleep write soon.
